This is from the first issue of WONDER WART-HOG back in 1967, written and drawn by the great Gilbert Shelton. Looking it over, I really enjoy the various art and lettering styles being mimiced but... if you expect to get all the topical references, you are either a student of Silver age pop culture or just plain getting old.
